Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for unused, unopened products that are in the same condition as you received them within seven (7) days of receipt. However, if we have shipped the correct part and it arrives in good condition, you will be required to pay the shipping cost back to us, and the amount we refund will be less our actual shipping charges. Depending on your country, you may still be liable for the import duties you have paid, even if you do not keep the part.

Please order carefully! We have gone to great pains to make it clear exactly what you are ordering to avoid confusion. If you have any questions (such as what bolts and hardware is included, whether a part will work for your bike, etc.), please contact us before ordering.

Carefully check your order upon receipt and notify us within ten (10) days of any problems. Broken or damaged items should be reported to your local postal service, and to us as well.

If we ship the wrong part and the mistake was on our end, we will do what it takes to make it right - generally, we will ship you the correct part and pay for you to ship the part back to us using whatever method is least expensive.

REFUND POLICY   

If the goods returned within thirty (30) days, the conditions of goods are to be checked, and then the refunds are to be given within seven (7) business days.

In the event that the goods returned do not confirm to the company’s return policy, the company may request a customer to pay shipping costs and related costs.

When returns are processed, a notice will be sent to the e-mail registered with a customer’s account. It may take additional time according to the credit card company or bank used by a customer.

All returns should be shipped to the same address where orders are placed.
